There are so many ways to make small changes.  I started with breakfast and then kept expanding.  I also immersed by social media feed with plant based content to inspire me.

Follow Hashtags

Follow select hash tags on Instgram (#veganrecipes #vegandinners #plantbasedmeals  #easyplantbasedmeals).  This will expose you to lots of posts and give you ideas based on your specific interests.  Follow key terms that related to the type of content you want to find.

 

Join a Community

There are various Facebook groups you can join.  The “Plant based and Loving it” Facebook community has a great vibe as compared to some of the other groups!  I became friends with the admin, Vaughn, who runs it and he really operates from a place of love so the culture in the group is very supportive.
